![]() For normal and dry skinned girls, who have mostly clear skin, this is an amazing product. So why would I, someone who is oily, acne-prone and currently, uneven-toned, love this product? Because when my skin is clear and even-toned, my skin looks gorgeous with this on. This foundation truly is meant for those with very few flaws. If your skin suffers from significant hyperpigmentation, this will not do a thing. If you are excessively oily, this will not help in mattifying you. If you skin is broken out, this is not the foundation to use to cover it. It provides almost no coverage of problem areas. ![]() The cons to this foundation collection are obvious. This range of foundation tones allows your skin to show through, while offering a veil of color to even you out. There is nothing more beautiful or sensual. I love the idea, and actuality, of pure, even-toned clear, luminous skin. Most people could probably match with multiple colour washes because the colors are so sheer. It can even you out, or give you the hint of a tan depending on how dark you go, which is something else that is unique about this foundation collection. It still allows your skin color to show through a veil of color. ![]() Becca Luminous Skin Colour is really like a skintone veil. Tinted moisturizers tend to have a creamy and thicker consistency. However, I don’t think calling it a tinted moisturizer is accurate either. The coverage is so sheer that many believe it resembles more of a tinted moisturizer. Many don’t really consider it a true foundation. Here is the thing about their star product, which is the Luminous Skin Colour Ultra Sheer Foundation SPF 20. Becca Luminous Skin Colour Ultra Sheer Foundation SPF 20 in Nude, Camel and Olive, 1.7 oz for $42.00 So when I saw their extensive skintone foundations, I knew I had to walk away with something!ġ. Everything just reminds me of the sensuality of skin. It always reminds me of a warm humid day out at the beach, or a musky forest. I adore all of the lovely fleshtoned tints and the sheer veils of color, whether its eyeshadow, blush, or lip tints. ![]() In all of these pictures, I used a very light hand and got great color payoff, so if you see one of these you like, get it for the formula! You’ll want to wear it every single day.I love the whole idea behind Becca Cosmetics. I think that if you like shimmering blushes, or if you’re a blush person at all, then you DEFINITELY need one of these in your collection because they are stunning and phenomenal quality. □ Here’s a comparison between the Becca Luminous Blush in Blushed Copper on the left and the limited edition version that I bought last summer on the right.īottom line, these are all INCREDIBLE. I’m hard-pressed to pick a favorite, but I think I can narrow it down to top three - Camelia, Foxglove and…maybe Snapdragon? Or Blushed Copper. Hmm… This may be my makeup look tomorrow.Įach time I look at these blushes, I change my mind on which one I like best. And honestly, it would look FAB with a deep red matte lippie. That being said, I still think Dahlia is beautiful. But then Blushed Copper is also gorgeous for that sun-kissed, you’ve-been-out-in-the-sun-at-the-beach (possibly sipping a little something) kind of look.ĭahlia is a very intense, gorgeous berry shade, and I tend to not pick up very berry-colored blushes because I think they make my skin look too red. ![]() Well…actually, I go back and forth between Foxglove and Camelia. Here are some side-by-side swatches: Swatches of the Becca Luminous Blushes (L to R): Camelia, Snapdragon, Dahlia, Tigerlily, Snapdragon and Blushed Copper. I was super excited for it, but after playing with it and the other shades, I think my favorite is Foxglove just because it’s a little cooler toned than I normally go for, but it’s still wearable because of its sheen. It’s funny because when I saw the pictures of these blushes online, I was drawn to Tigerlily, which looks like straight-up tangerine when you see the product in the pan, and it struck me as unique. Wearing Becca Luminous Blush in Snapdragon Wearing Becca Luminous Blush in Tigerlily (in the pan and the swatches below, this looks quite orange, but it’s actually a very wearable peach) Wearing Becca Luminous Blush in Blushed Copper There are six shades, so if you’re into shimmering or luminous blushes, you should be able to find one that works for you. I have a hard time picking a favorite, so maybe you guys can help! Wearing Becca Luminous Blush in Camelia Wearing Becca Luminous Blush in Foxglove Wearing Becca Luminous Blush in Dahlia I could go on and on about these blushes!īut I won’t. Well, who are we kidding? These work any time of year, but I do like to go crazier with glow and shimmer in the warmer months. ![]()
